Pisang goreng rambutan

Bahan:
-10 buah pisang (bisa pakai pisang raja, kepok, uli, lilin)
-10 lembar kulit pangsit digunting/diiris halus (bisa ditambah jika kurang)

Bahan pencelup:
-5 sdm terigu
-1 sdm tepung beras
-1 sdt gula

Kupas kulit pisang lalu potong bentuk bulat, sisihkan

Campur terigu, tepung beras dan gula beri air sedikit-sedikit sambil diaduk agar tidak bergerindil,  sampai menghasilkan adonan kental tidak encer, lalu celupkan satu persatu pisang yang sudah dipotong, kemudian gulingkan ke irisan kulit pangsit, lakukan sampai pisang habis, sisihkan

Panaskan minyak yang banyak goreng pisang dengan api sedang sampai matang dan berwarna coklat keemasan, lalu angkat dan tiriskan

Sajikan pisang goreng rambutan dan beri toping sesuai selera
